Best Western Hotel Mondial - Rome

Pleasant and absolutely fantastic place with outstandingly accommodating employees on my request for change.

The location and the staff were great!

Tour guide and restaurants, which were recommended to us, were partly in need of improvement.

- Spacious rooms, affordable breakfast, good access to transport

- Dated decor, no kettle in room, hard beds

Super central location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was rich and cheap for 5€. Only the parking lot is expensive, but that is normal in Rome. But in return it is directly at the hotel and is guarded. When we get back to Rome we'll definitely come back

The room was very affordable and spotlessly clean with air conditioning, the staff were incredibly nice. The service provided there was terrific. They had an early check-in after midnight. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to a tube station. We ordered lunch at La Cucina Nazionale, located close to the venue.

Location

Breakfast . During the time of check in we have been given the key for the room which was already occupied .It was embarrassing . Later it was changed and we have given a different room. There was no coffee / Tea in the room . Complementary water was there on the first day only . Wifi was not working.

Old fashioned blankets ( uncomfortable ), better to get a quilt in a double bed. No complementary water in room. Basic breakfast, no variation, every day same choice.

The location, the room, the breakfast ./ 5€ / person.ca 1 km from the main station within walking distance. From the hotel you can reach all sights on foot in maximum 40 minutes. Price/ performance top

beds too hard

I appreciated the charming interior design and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our family found the location convenient for walking to major attractions.

It was just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Rome with good value for money. The room was spacious, though the bathroom sink needed repairs. Bring your own toiletries as they were lacking here.

The room was filled with dirt and bugs.

Location

Tub needs to be updated and put shower instead. Tub in too high and narrow. Breakfast room quite small. Lighting could be improved by changing the white lights for better ambiance.
